Laura Spear’s true passion is helping to build small businesses and medical practices with the focus always on the real customer experience and expectation. Providing Consult in many aspect of the business development from conception to ongoing improvements that businesses should and could implement. She has experience in many industries; Medical Billing Software & Solutions, Marketing & Publishing, Information Technology, Entertainment Industries to name a few.
With over 30 years of experience, Laura has successfully helped businesses. She continually enforces an exceptional level of customer satisfaction. She has implemented systems and procedures that streamline the processes and customer experience while exceeding all client expectations. Laura understands that working and growing small businesses takes the ability to wear many hats and perform multiple functions. She has been involved in many aspects of running a small business including website design, software/solution research, customer billings/financial reporting and customer support. In other words, she has the ability to view a business from all angles.
After 20 years of working for others, Laura launched Admins on the Fly, a business organization service. Her mission is to provide companies with services that will increase profitability while reducing overhead for on-site staffing.
